Shipping Policy/Postage Rate 

All postage of orders under $100.00 will be charged at a flat rate of $6.95 and will be sent through Australia Post. Flat rate postage applies ONLY to orders travelling within Australia. Orders over $100.00 are free postage also sent through Australia Post.

PLEASE NOTE: FREE SHIPPING WILL NOT BE OFFERED DURING CLEARANCE, STOREWIDE, OR OTHER MAJOR SALES. But will return to normal at the sales end.

We aim to process and post all orders within 2 business days of ordering. All goods leave our store in perfect condition, and are shipped via Australia Post. We take no responsibility for goods once they leave our store. There are other postage options available at an extra charge, these include: express, receipted delivery and registered post. If you choose the standard postage option without insurance then you do so entirely at your own risk.

EXPRESS POST is in pre-paid jumbo satchels which fit 2 pizza boxes in them, so be assured your papers will be safe and won't get damaged.

SUNSHINE COAST customers now have the option to pick-up orders by appointment. For this option, just select the pick-up (no postage charge added) tab in the checkout, then contact me via phone (0404094889) or email vikki0004@bigpond.com to arrange a suitable time.

INTERNATIONAL / NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

All international orders including New Zealand will be charged by individual postage quote. There are different options available for international shipping which can affect the price such as , Air mail or Sea mail. Please email me at dee@clicknscrap.com.au to organise a quote for your order. Prices for postage of orders travelling outside Australia will vary depending on their weight and destination.   

*Please take into consideration the following when deciding on a suitable postage option; 

AIR MAIL: usually costs a little more, however takes between 7-10 days for arrival.

SEA MAIL: usually a slightly cheaper option, but takes 2-3 months for arrival. 

*PLEASE NOTE: Payment of these orders will not be processed by us until a postage quote has been confirmed and agreed upon by you.

Refund Policy

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

Authorisation for exchange, refund or credit must be confirmed (via email) prior to you sending back the item(s).

• We will consider paying for shipping costs and will do so only on approval.
• Does NOT include items damaged in transit.
• All goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging.
• You must advise us of any faulty or incorrect items within 10 days of your invoice date.
