| FAQ's •1. How do I receive a FREE GIFT? When you spend over $50.00 not including discounts, postage and point redemptions you will receive a free gift with your order. •2. How do the points work? In a nutshell the you earn one point for every $20.00 earnt, and that point is equal to $1.00 that you can spend on your next order or let accumulate. It is the equivalent of getting 5% of your order back. For more details click here. •3. How do I review a product? You need to find the product you want to review, then click on it so that it is displayed in full. Scroll down until on the right hand side of the screen there is a product reviews section, then click on ‘write a review on this product'. And write what you think. •4. How do I track my order? Once you have logged in, on the right hand side scroll down until you get to the Account info menu and select order history, this will show you your total orders and the status. •5. How can I view my points balance? Once you have logged in, on the right hand side scroll down until you get to the Account info menu and select My Account Overview, this will show you your points balance at the bottom of the screen •6. How can I see what I have spent so far? Once you have logged in, on the right hand side scroll down until you get to the Account info menu and select order history, this will show you your total orders and the status. •7. Why won't my cart checkout? If it is going back to your cart, that means there is something in there that is out of stock, it will say down the bottom of the cart *** this product is out of stock or there is not the quantity requested, look for the product that has the *** next to its name and remove it or reduce the quantity and you should be able to check out.
